Chuan Feng Tang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was founded in 1905 with over 100 years of history. Even though the brand has been passed down for several generations, the company is still devoted to innovations and quality product to build up an outstanding reputation for local pharmaceutical industry in Taiwan.

Chuan Feng Tang Pharmaceutical has a product line covering hundreds of Chinese medicine. The most representative product is the eye ointment which was launched in 1905 with an exclusive formula. In 1920 the company obtained a business license to sell drugs and used “Ox-brand” as the trademark for the "eye ointment" to create its own brand.

In 1928 it set up a distribution center to promote its products and build up the pharmaceutical foundation. In 1974 Chuan Feng Tang Pharmaceutical was incorporated after its business expansion. In 1982 the company started the implementation of GMP system. In 1998 it was granted the Asia Pacific Gold Awards for Outstanding Enterprise and Premium Quality. In 2001 Taoyuan plant passed GMP hardware review and obtained a manufacturing license. From 2008 to 2010, the product Yong Gu Gui Lu Gluten was granted National Quality Mark each year.
